✅ Brushing 2 times/day: ALWAYS in the morning and (most importantly) just before bedtime.
Paste with 1000ppm Fluoride: Check the tube, it is the recommended amount to prevent cavities!
✅ Correct quantity: do you use the size “grain of rice” (if <3 years) or “pea” (>3 years)?
Supervision: Do you brush him or, if he is older, do you brush him again? (They need help until they are 7-8 years old!).
✅ Water only at night: Does she sleep without a bottle of milk/juice? If she asks for something at night is it just water?
✅ Visit Ziving: Have you had your review in the last year?
